Foundation for oily skin that actually lasts — please help!

I've been through so many foundations and they all either go shiny after two hours or slide off completely. Combination-oily skin with some acne scarring I'd like to cover. Budget around $50. Does anyone genuinely wear their foundation all day without touching up or is that just a marketing lie?

Estée Lauder Double Wear — I know it's an old-school choice but nothing touches it for longevity on oily skin. Set with a light powder on the T-zone and you're done for the day. Fenty Pro Filt'r is also brilliant if you want something that feels a bit lighter.
