Rhode Peptide Lip Treatment — worth $28 or just a vibe?

I've bought it. I've used it. I still can't tell if it's doing more than a $5 Vaseline. Genuinely asking — can anyone actually tell the difference in the formula? I don't regret buying it (the packaging is too cute) but curious what people actually think.

I think the formula genuinely is better — it absorbs rather than sitting on top which means it doesn't slide off after 20 minutes like Vaseline can. Whether that's worth $23 more is a personal question 😅 For me it's partly that I'll actually use something I love, rather than something I should use.
