Houston summers are brutal and most foundations don't survive them. Studio Fix Fluid is one of the few that does. NC42 is a near-perfect match for medium-deep olive — no oxidation, no ashiness, no warm pull. The SPF15 isn't enough to replace sunscreen but it's a useful bonus on lower-exposure days. The matte finish holds up through humidity in a way that even dedicated 'longwear' foundations often don't. My one note: it can look patchy over dry skin — a hydrating primer first makes a real difference. For oily to combination skin in a warm climate this is a top-tier option.
