Formula overview
This oil-rich, emollient lip treatment is packed with shea butter and cupuaçu seed butter to deeply nourish and soften lips. It also contains palmitoyl tripeptide-1, a peptide that helps support skin texture, and tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, a skin-brightening form of vitamin C.
Compatibility
This oil-rich, emollient formula is ideal for dry or chapped lips, as the combination of shea butter and synthetic waxes provides a protective, moisture-locking barrier. While the inclusion of peptides and antioxidants benefits most, those with very oily or acne-prone skin around the mouth may find the heavy concentration of butters and oils slightly too occlusive.

Ordered one the same day I tried my flatmate's
Not usually a lip treatment person — I normally just grab whatever's near me — but my flatmate let me try hers and I ordered one the same day. The texture is unlike other balms, almost a bouncy gel quality. On deeper skin tones go for the clear shade, the tinted ones barely show up. Wouldn't say it plumps dramatically but my lips look noticeably healthier and smoother. Docking one star because the price feels high for something you go through quickly, but I keep rebuying so make of that what you will.

Fully worth the hype for chronically dry lips
My lips are chronically dry and I've tried basically everything. This has genuinely made a difference over time, not just in the moment. It's thick but absorbs rather than just sitting on top, which means it doesn't slide off within twenty minutes like some balms. I wear it alone during the day and under lipstick at night. The little phone grip is adorable and makes me look like I have my life together. Fully worth the hype.
